5-Minute Stretching Routine
A quick stretching routine to improve flexibility and reduce tension.
The Routine
- Neck rolls - 30 seconds each direction
- Shoulder shrugs - 10 repetitions
- Standing toe touch - hold 30 seconds
- Quad stretch - 30 seconds each leg
- Cat-cow stretch - 1 minute
Perform this routine in the morning or after sitting for long periods. Breathe deeply and never force a stretch beyond comfort.
